This is a fantastic playing, sounding, and looking 1988 Fender American Standard Stratocaster in a beautiful Red finish! Although the serial number seems like a 1984 it is a 1988 guitar as the neck pocket is dated 5/18/1988. Fender was known to use parts laying around from 1984-1988. This one has great action & comes with the OHSC!
