Randy Fields
Teaching lessons since 1987 he specializes in genres like Rock, Blues, Country and Jazz. He takes students anywhere from ages 6 & up! He can help anyone from beginner to professionals practice ear training, theory, & improvisation.
Bio
Randy joined his first Rock band in 5th grade where he played guitar and electric bass. He took up the Double Bass in in 8th grade and played through college, earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree at WSU.
He has been fortunate to perform “Pipin” with Music Theater of Wichita, “Ain’t Misbehavin" at The Forum Theater, Every Gridiron Show from 2014-2024 and Roxy’s Downtown playing Little Shop of Horrors, Disaster! Heathers, Carrie, Kiss of the Spider Woman, La Cage aux
Folles, The Last Five Years, Legally Blonde and Cabaret Christmas in the last few years. Over the last 2 decades he has performed both as a member and guest artist with two of Wichita’s most popular groups - Blue Eyed Soul and The Source. Also providing Guitar or Bass for Bishop-Carroll, Wichita East High School, and Trinity Academy.
His Jazz Group has provided Music services for Corporate Clients Davis-Moore Auto Group, Ronald McDonald House Charities, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and Kennedy & Coe P.A., Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum, Crestview, Wichita CC, Rolling Hills CC and most recently at Terradyne Country Club. He regularly performs at local jazz venues including Mort’s, the Hotel at Old town and the Rose and Peacock Social Club.
Randy has been teaching at Phil Uhlik Music (the Coolest Music Shop in Wichita) since 2004! He has also been on the education faculty at C. Majors Guitar Shop, Friends University, The Guitar Stand, Air House Academy, GMI, Miller Music and Sensensy Music.

Kathy Roush Major
As a professional guitarist, entertainer, and vocal/songwriter over multiple decades, I'm able to guide you in whichever musical direction you choose.
You will find that I customize lessons to your interests and goals. I will explain basic theory, and demonstrate and explain techniques which allow a person to enjoy playing their instrument alone or in groups.
It is also my goal to help with regard to your own musical personality, and assist in your own creative and musical expression. I am also qualified to give performance coaching and technical training with regard to equipment and sound. All ages welcome.
